Xbox Sales Return Policy

Items shipped from XboxSales can be returned within 15-30 days (depending on the product) of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Automotive Items
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, XboxSales will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Baby Items
Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Baby products qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging. If your return is not a result of a XboxSales error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)
Collectible items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Collectible Coins
You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.
Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Computers (laptops & desktops)
New desktop, laptops or tablets purchased from xboxsales.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
xboxsales.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsalable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Jewelry & Watches
Jewelry and watch items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a traceable shipping method.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Televisions
Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.
To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they will bring their own packaging materials.

Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item using a prepaid method (dropoff or pickup) and the reason for return is not a result of a XboxSales error, the cost of return shipping  will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return. For items shipped by a specialty carrier (e.g. CEVA, ABF, Pilot), there is a flat $50 fee. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of a XboxSales error, we'll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount. Return shipping fees will be communicated via email.


UPS Dropoff
Print a return mailing label and drop off the package at a UPS location that's convenient for you. Search for UPS locations near you by going to UPS.com. If you want to return your item at a mailing room at your office or apartment, choose the UPS dropoff option.


UPS Pickups
You don't need to print a return mailing label for UPS pickups. UPS will bring a label for your package. After you request a UPS pickup, UPS will pick up your return on the next business day. If necessary, UPS will try again two more times on the following two business days. An adult must be present for the pickup.

If you can't be present for the pickup, or if UPS isn't able to pick up your package after three attempts, start a new return using a different return shipping option.

If the original packaging is still available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.

Note: If you choose the UPS Pickup option and if the return is not a result of our error, we will deduct a convenience fee of $6 for the UPS Pickup from your refund.


About Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds for any orders purchased on XboxSales. You will refunded in form of gift card which you can use to purchase any item on XboxSales.
