Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are extemely sorry to find out that you have an issue with your purchase. Dont worry we will help you with easy returns. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



Returns

To be eligible for a return, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased, complete with all accessories, remote, instructions, original box and packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase



Returns with Our Mistake

Any package that you received and is not what you ordered or it reached you damaged or any other issue which is directly related to us. The Return will be 100% Free. We will provide prepaid return shipping label and you will have to drop the package at your nearest UPS office.  Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks time.



Returns Not our Mistake

Any package that you received and want to return and the return is not our mistake, for example you did not like the product or you don't want it anymore, or it does not work for your purpose etc. The return is subject to a $25 or 10% of order amount (whichever is higher) restocking fees and if the order has been shipped via Express shipping, the Express shipping charges can not be refunded as they have already been used. The Return shipping is 100% Free. We will provide you prepaid return label and you will have to drop the package at your nearest UPS office.  Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks time.



Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 1-2 weeks time, depending on your card issuer's policies.



Return Shipping

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will be responsible to drop the package at your nearest UPS or USPS office.
